About the Intensive
Over two days, we’ll work through a structured approach to rope that builds both your technical understanding and how you move through the air.
You’ll explore floor flow and grounded movement, develop clearer dynamic pathways in the air, learn and refine C-shaping and how we use it in the air, and work through rope-specific strength and conditioning that directly supports your training.
A big focus across the weekend is on connection and fluidity— not just learning new skills (we will do that too!), but understanding how they link together and how to create movements and pathways in the air that look and feel effortless.
We will work with new pathways, shapes, and concepts and then build on that foundation so you can move with more clarity, control, and flow.
This isn’t just about collecting more tricks. It’s about creating cleaner movement, stronger technique, and a more cohesive way of working on rope.
My work has moved predominantly online since selling my studio. This weekend is your chance to spend two full days immersed in your training with hands on coaching and spotting, real time feedback, focused progressions and... as always, a sprinkle of tough love and sarcasm!
