Intro to Dynamics Instructor Programme

Intro to Dynamics Instructor Training Programme focuses on understanding and mastering the art of aerial dynamics.
​
We cover all fundamental beats, explore how to control dynamic force, and dive deep into the technicalities of generating powerful, efficient energy in the air—all while learning how to effectively teach these techniques to your students.
You'll discover how to link beats together and connect skills and sequences seamlessly with beats, adding diversity and an extra element to you and your students' aerial repertoire.

This training provides a thorough understanding of how to create fluid, powerful, and efficient movements while minimising strain and reducing risk of injury to the body.

Level 1 Instructor Training Programme
This is your gateway to becoming a confident and knowledgeable aerial instructor.
This comprehensive course covers the fundamentals of aerial instruction, including class planning, communication, strength and conditioning, spotting, rigging basics, and more, along with beginner and Level 1 curriculum for silks and lyra (four complete levels in total!).
